Position Overview
ATI Jet is actively recruiting Home-Based Lear 60 Captains (Pilot in Command - PIC) to join its growing Flight Operations team in Denver, Colorado. This full-time role is ideal for experienced aviators seeking a stable and rewarding career with a company that prioritizes its employees. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of an airport serviced by two or more airlines.
Schedule Options
- 8/6 Schedule: Airline duty begins on Day 1, followed by 8 days on and 6 days off.
- 15/13 Schedule: Airline duty begins on Day 1, followed by 15 days on and 13 days off.
- Rotating Holidays
Minimum Requirements
- ATP Certificate
- First-Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2,000 hours of total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours of multi-engine flight time
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management and customer relations expertise.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- First-Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 3,000 hours of total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours of multi-engine flight time
- Lear 60 Type Rating with a minimum of 300 hours as Lear 60 PIC.
- Previous experience as Pilot in Command (PIC) in Part 135 operations.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including review of weather conditions at destination, en route, and alternate airports.
- Calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.
- Ensure all pre-flight inspections are meticulously performed.
- Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) and Inflight Security Coordinator.
- Adhere to schedules and all directives governing aircraft operations.
- Supervise and direct the First Officer.
- Coordinate and monitor the duties of all assigned crew members.
- Represent ATI Jet professionally when interacting with executive clients and other charter operators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
