Flight Attendant
ASM seeks an experienced and professional Flight Attendant to deliver exceptional inflight service aboard private aircraft. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of VVIP passengers, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and service excellence. This role requires a dedicated individual committed to providing unparalleled service in a private aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers during flight.
- Performing all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight cabin duties.
- Greeting and assisting passengers with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Delivering a high-end, personalized service, including luxury catering, fine dining presentation, and managing bespoke passenger requests.
- Maintaining cabin cleanliness and readiness throughout the flight.
- Creating an elegant and comfortable environment for VIP clients.
- Coordinating effectively with the flight crew for seamless communication and inflight service delivery.
- Managing inventory, including catering orders and cabin supplies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a VIP Flight Attendant, preferably on business jets.
- Experience on CL605, Learjets, or similar aircraft is highly desirable.
- Exceptional grooming, professional presentation, and refined interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Willingness and ability to work on a flexible schedule, often with irregular hours and travel.
