Minimum Requirements for this Esteemed Position:
- Total Flight Experience: A minimum of 4000 hours of total flight time.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Type: At least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on type.
- Aircraft Type Experience: A minimum of 1000 hours of flight experience in aircraft types with a maximum take-off weight exceeding 27 tons.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating is required for the aircraft category.
- License Requirements: Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Accepted License Authorities: Candidates holding licenses from DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO are encouraged to apply.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Turkish is required. For blue card holder candidates, fluent and understandable Turkish speaking ability is essential.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- Educational Background: A minimum of high school graduation.
- Professional Conduct: Candidates must not have received any written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
- Criminal Record: A clean criminal record and criminal archive record are mandatory.
- Relocation: Willingness to accept and reside at the company-determined base.
- Medical Examination: Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination conducted by AJet workplace physicians is essential.
- Prior Employment History: Candidates must not have previously failed training and control flights in Turkish Airlines or other airlines. Furthermore, applicants should not have previously left THY AO (Turkish Airlines Inc.) and its subsidiary companies through termination.
