Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Total Flight Time
- A minimum of 4000 hours of total flight experience.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Type
- At least 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience on type.
- Aircraft Type Rating
- A current and valid aircraft type rating is required.
- Heavy Aircraft Experience
- A minimum of 1000 hours of flight experience in aircraft types exceeding 27 tons.
- License Requirement
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Accepted Licenses
- Candidates holding licenses from DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO are encouraged to apply.
- Medical Certificate
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.
- Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish is required.

General Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least a high school graduation certificate.
- There must be no history of written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
- Applicants must not have a criminal record or criminal archive record.
- Willingness to accept the base determined by AJet and reside there is essential.
- For candidates holding a blue card, fluent and understandable communication in Turkish is mandatory.
- Successful completion of the final pre-employment medical examination performed by AJet workplace physicians is required.
- Applicants must not have previously failed training and control flights at Turkish Airlines (THY AO) or any other airline.
- Candidates who have previously left THY AO and its subsidiary companies through termination are not eligible.
