AB Jets seeks qualified and experienced Captains and First Officers to join its expanding flight crew, operating a fleet of Learjet 60 aircraft. Compensation:
- Captains (Years 1-3): $183,000 - $223,000 estimated annual compensation.
- First Officers (Years 1-3): $113,000 - $124,000 estimated annual compensation.

Schedule:
- 16/12 schedule (Airline on Day 1 and Day 16).
- 12 known days off, including two consecutive weekends.

Aircraft:
Pilots will operate the powerful Learjet 60.
Career Advancement:
First Officers are upgraded to Captain upon completion of four years, with a forecasted upgrade timeline of less than three years. Career advancement opportunities for Captains include Instructor and Check Airmen positions.
Minimum Requirements for All Flight Crew:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Valid Unrestricted Passport.
- Ability to pass CANPASS.
- Must be able to work legally in the USA.
- Current FAA First Class Medical.
- FAA Instrument Rating.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Must pass Company and TSA background checks.
- No accident, incident, or enforcement action in the past 5 years.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Pilots must live within 1:30 hours of approved bases.
Minimum Requirements for First Officers:
- Commercial Pilot Certificate (ATP preferred).
- 1500 Hours Total Flying Time.
- 1000 Hours Pilot-In-Command Flying Time.
- 25 Hours Multi-Engine Flying Time.
- 75 Hours Instrument Time.
Minimum Requirements for Captains:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- 3500 Hours Total Flying Time.
- 2000 Hours Pilot-In-Command Flying Time.
- 2000 Hours Turbine Flying Time.
- 500 Hours Jet PIC
- 2500 Hours Multi-Engine Flying Time.
- 300 Hours Instrument Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and Type Rated in Learjet 60 (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in corporate jet aircraft (Part 135/91).
