The Role: Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM)
- Position: Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM)
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term, initially for a period of 4 months, with significant potential for extension based on operational requirements and performance. Employment will be directly with AAP Aviation, operating on behalf of FLY4 Airlines.
- Primary Base Locations: Dublin, with further opportunities at Luton or Stansted.
- Roster Pattern: An efficient 16 days on, 12 days off (16/12) roster pattern.
- Anticipated Start Date: September 2025.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Cabin Crew Member
The Senior Cabin Crew Member is entrusted with a comprehensive range of critical duties, encompassing:
- Leading all cabin operations, maintaining an unyielding focus on safety protocols, service excellence, and optimizing overall team performance.
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight briefings and rigorously ensuring full compliance with all prevailing regulatory and company operational standards.
- Acting as the primary liaison and communication bridge between the cabin crew team and the flight deck.
- Providing effective supervision, constructive coaching, and robust support to cabin crew members throughout the entirety of each duty period.
- Responding with exceptional professionalism, calmness, and efficiency to any safety, medical, or customer-related incidents that may occur inflight.
- Efficiently managing the inflight service flow, overseeing meticulous stock control, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all post-flight documentation.
Essential Criteria and Qualifications
Prospective candidates must rigorously fulfill the following mandatory requirements to be considered for this position:
- Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- A minimum of one year of recent flying experience as cabin crew within the last five years.
- Holding a valid EASA Medical Certificate.
- Physical height between 160 cm and 190 cm, coupled with a minimum arm reach of 2 meters.
- Demonstrable fluency in both spoken and written English to a high professional standard.
- Maintenance of excellent physical health, with the proven ability to successfully pass comprehensive drug and alcohol screening.
- Possession of an unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel internationally.
- The critical ability to report at the designated base location within 60 minutes of receiving a call-out.
- A clean criminal record, with the proven capacity to successfully pass a comprehensive five-year background check.
- Completion of a minimum high school diploma or its recognized equivalent.
- Consistent adherence to strict airline uniform and grooming standards at all times.
Desirable Experience
While not strictly mandatory, candidates possessing the following experience will be highly regarded and may hold a competitive advantage:
- Previous experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a directly comparable supervisory position within an aviation environment.
- Type-rated on multiple aircraft, particularly possessing experience with B737 or long-haul operations.
- Proven experience in crew training, mentorship programs, recruitment processes, or conducting line checks.
- Proficiency in additional language skills beyond English.
