2Excel Aviation | First Officer

2Excel Aviation is seeking a First Officer for its Special Missions division, operating King Air B350 aircraft from Prestwick and Humberside in the UK. This permanent role involves specialist surveillance flying for government and industry clients within the UK and neighbouring states, operating on a four-on/four-off roster covering day and night shifts.

About the Role

The First Officer will operate as part of a three-person crew, including a Captain and a Sensor Operator, on King Air 350 aircraft. Responsibilities include conducting specialist surveillance tasks and varied flying duties. The position offers career progression opportunities within 2Excel Aviation.

Requirements

• Possession of a current UK Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Hold a valid UK CPL or ATPL with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
• Minimum of 250 total flying hours.
• At least 100 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• A minimum of 50 instrument hours.
• A minimum of 5 night flying hours.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) are desirable.
• Relevant military, police, or coastguard experience is advantageous.
• A current King Air 350 type rating is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
