Required Qualifications
Regulatory Expertise
- The successful candidate possesses a comprehensive working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) applicable to Part 135 operations.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations is essential for this role.
Professional Skills and Attributes
- Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and advanced multi-tasking capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills are required to perform the role at the expected high level.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, email, and web-based or mobile device platforms.

- Consistently maintains a professional, well-groomed appearance in adherence to company standards.
Certifications & Licenses
- Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Holds a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Possesses a valid, unexpired passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to and from Canada.
- Holds an appropriate and current Type Rating relevant to the fleet.
Flight Experience
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
- At least 1,000 hours of Turbine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience.
- A minimum of 200 hours of Multi-Engine flight time.
