About the Role:
As a cabin crew member for flydubai, the individual will contribute to a dynamic, multicultural team dedicated to ensuring a safe, unique, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse clientele.
Role Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must meet a minimum height requirement of 158 cm, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, aligning with flydubai's established grooming standards.
- Must not have any visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Must be in good health, capable of passing a standard aero-medical examination.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Must demonstrate confidence in water while wearing a flotation device/life jacket.
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Must be enthusiastic and proactive, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Must be respectful, adaptable, and willing to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
- Must maintain a safety-conscious attitude and possess the ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Prior international aviation experience is considered advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail industries.
Training Bond:
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 will apply for the first year.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A monthly base salary, combined with housing and transportation allowances, totals approximately USD 2,252.
- In addition to the base compensation, a variable flying pay of approximately USD 1,192 per month is offered, based on an average of 90 flying hours.

Information Security Requirements (ISR):
The successful candidate will be expected to diligently read and comply with the company's Information Security Requirements (ISR) policies, reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Further, they must complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in their day-to-day business operations.
