Cabin Crew
The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for the airline, dedicated to achieving customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. The successful candidate will enhance the passenger experience while ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. This role requires a professional who is fit for operation and committed to maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Conduct

Maintain professional grooming, fitness, and flight legality; participate in pre-flight briefings to confirm roles, targets, and security protocols.
Safety and Security

Instruct passengers on all safety procedures and ensure compliance throughout the flight.

Collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor to identify and mitigate safety or security risks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Administer first aid as required.

Promptly report any malfunctions or irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.
Customer Service and Commercial Performance

Manage passenger boarding, including data entry into the aircraft logbook per regulatory standards.

Deliver personalized customer service, attending to individual passenger needs and requests.

Provide support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with operations manuals.

Promote onboard meals, products, and charity programs to meet individual and team sales targets.

Ensure the secure handling of cash and credit card transactions.
Reporting and Administration

Conduct pre-flight checks of emergency, catering, and cabin equipment; report deficiencies.

Oversee cabin cleanliness, transit catering, and duty-free inventory.

Manage the handover/takeover of the cabin with ground support teams.

Execute post-flight briefings, including objective evaluations of team performance and reporting of flight discrepancies.

Assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.

Participate in recurrent training, emergency workshops, and maintain professional licensing.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education:
Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

Certifications:
Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an asset; active cabin crew license is preferred.

Language:
Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

Age: 20–29 for non-experienced crew; up to 33 for experienced crew.

Height: Minimum 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male).

Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.

Fitness: Medically fit, no chronic diseases, and capable of swimming with a flotation device.

Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.

Soft Skills:
Presentable, friendly, proactive, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude under stress. Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
Work Experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in aviation, airlines, or the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
