Flight Crew Recruitment - Captain and First Officer
A leading aviation company is seeking qualified individuals for Flight Crew positions, specifically Captain Personnel and First Officer Personnel. Successful candidates will undergo designated training and checks, and upon qualification, will operate the Boeing 787 aircraft, performing all related flight crew duties.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess the following effective qualifications and experience. All qualifications must be issued in Japan.
Captain Personnel:

Valid Airline Transport Pilot License

Aviation English Proficiency Certificate (Level 4 or above)

Valid First Class Aviation Medical Certificate

Aeronautical Radio Operator License

Minimum 1,000 hours of flight experience as an Airline (Air Carrier) Captain (PIC). This experience should be on Jet Aircraft (turbo fan) and include experience with ICAO contracting states. Applicants with approximately 850 hours may apply, with recruitment as a First Officer considered based on experience.

First Officer Personnel:

Minimum 1,500 hours of flight experience as an Airline (Air Carrier). This experience should be on Jet Aircraft (turbo fan). For ATPL holders, experience with ICAO contracting states is included. For CPL holders, flight hours include experience with Japanese airline companies. Applicants with approximately 1,350 hours may apply.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

Employment Type:
Initially a fixed-term contract employee during training. Full-time employment follows qualification announcement. Full-time employees have a retirement age of 60, with contract employment available from 60 to 65. A 3-month trial period applies.

Workplace:
Based at Narita International Airport. Duties may require assignment to various locations. Domestic or overseas training facilities may be utilized during the training period.

Salary:
Determined by company regulations and discussed during the job interview.

Work Schedule:
Shift work based on flight duties and ground operations (variable working hours system). Work may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with potential for overtime, holiday, and late-night work. Annual paid leave, congratulatory and condolence leave, and other statutory leave are provided.
