As a wholly owned subsidiary of ANA, AirJapan operates international medium and long-haul routes under the prestigious ANA brand, maintaining a commitment to safety, efficiency, and high-quality flight operations.

Role Requirements

• Valid ICAO ATPL
• Valid Command Type-Rating:
  • For TR: B787 Command Type-Rating
  • For NTR: Jet Aircraft Command Type-Rating
• Minimum 6,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 4,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on commercial jet aircraft
• Experience on multi-engine jet aircraft exceeding 65,000kg MTOW
• Minimum 250 hours PIC, OR 500 hours PUS, OR 180 hours PIC/PUS plus 70 hours PIC
• Minimum 200 hours cross-country time (of which 100+ hours must be PIC/PUS)
• Minimum 75 hours instrument flight time
• Minimum 100 hours night flight time
• Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher
