About the Role
Zenon Aviation is pleased to support airBaltic in its recruitment of TR (Type Rated) and NTR (Non-Type Rated) Senior First Officers for its expanding Airbus A220-300 fleet. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Latvia.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid EASA ATPL License.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English proficiency level 4 or above.
- A minimum of 2700 total flight hours accumulated in CAT operations, specifically on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- At least 1000 hours of experience on multi-pilot, multi-engine turbine aircraft (CS-25 certified).
Remuneration Package
An attractive remuneration package is offered, with an annual guaranteed base salary starting from 85,200 EUR gross. With planned productivity, the average annual gross earnings can reach up to 104,000 EUR.
