Minimum Requirements for Applicants:
- Type Rating: A valid and current aircraft type rating relevant to RAF-Avia's fleet is a mandatory requirement.
- Pilot License: Candidates must possess a valid EASA Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Essential qualifications include a current Instrument Rating (IR), a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, a Multi-Engine (ME) rating, and documented completion of Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- Medical Certificate: Possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is strictly required.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Applicants are required to demonstrate a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4. Preference will be given to candidates who hold ELP Level 5 or 6.
- Passport: A valid European Union (EU) passport is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
- Criminal Record: A current and valid Criminal Record certificate, issued within the last five years as per Latvian law “On Aviation,” must be provided as part of the application.
