- Type Rating: A valid type rating is a mandatory requirement.
- Licenses and Ratings: Candidates are expected to hold a Frozen ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME) Rating, Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, and an Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) qualification.
- Licensing Authority: Eligibility is open to holders of EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) licenses.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 medical certificate is essential.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Candidates must achieve an ICAO ELP level of 4. While not mandatory, an ELP level of 5 or 6 is preferable.
