Your Profile: Essential Qualifications
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license.
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
- ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher.
- A minimum of 2750 flight hours in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- A minimum of 1500 flight hours on CS25 aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 5.7 tonnes.
- A clean criminal record.
- Exceptional Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills and unwavering professionalism; demonstrating self-motivation and a strong commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.

*Candidates joining airBaltic in 2025 will be eligible for the following terms: Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, including two blocks of 4 consecutive days off. Annual average base salary of 72,000 EUR gross (inclusive of 45 flight hours/month and 23 sectors, plus additional productivity pay for hours exceeding this threshold). Base salary is also applicable during the training period.
