Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations, ensuring passenger understanding and compliance.
- Provide professional and attentive service, including serving food and beverages, and engaging in onboard sales initiatives.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
- Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, demonstrating composure and decisive action.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, exceeding passenger expectations and promoting a positive onboard environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma.
- Valid EU/FFA/Swiss passport.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
- Proficiency in Italian is considered an advantage.
- Absence of visible tattoos and piercings while in uniform.
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent general health, physical fitness, and swimming ability.
- Strong situational awareness and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
