Responsibilities:

Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
Conduct comprehensive safety demonstrations for passengers.
Provide exceptional customer service, including serving food and beverages and engaging in proactive sales onboard.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
Handle in-flight emergencies with composure and expertise.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma.
Valid EU/FFA/Swiss passport.
Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
Clear criminal record.
Excellent general health, physical fitness, and swimming ability.
Strong situational awareness and a positive "can-do" attitude.
