Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flight.
- Conduct thorough safety demonstrations.
- Provide courteous and attentive service, including the serving of food and beverages, and engaging in proactive sales.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
- Respond effectively and professionally to in-flight emergencies.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, exceeding passenger expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid EU/ FFA/ Swiss passport.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent general health, physical fitness, and proven swimming ability.
- Strong situational awareness and a proactive approach to task completion.
