They are responsible for the content and regular review of the Flight Standards Manual through which they set and implement Standard Operating Procedures and technical standards, in co-ordination with the System Chief Pilot, to ensure safe and efficient operations of their fleet which are compliant with all relevant National, International and Company regulations and provisions of the Certificate.
