Candidate Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must fulfill the following criteria:

Possession of a valid passport with at least six months' validity remaining, without limitations.
Legal authorization to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without requiring employer sponsorship.
Minimum age of 18 years.
An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Attainment of a high school degree.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to swim.
Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or willingness to relocate accordingly, prepared to make this journey based on work schedules.
Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with people.

Important Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not meet the mandatory medical examination standards.
