Recruitment Day Information

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

  • Prioritize safety and customer care.
  • Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful service to passengers.

Candidate Requirements

  • A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
  • The right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without employer sponsorship.
  • Other residence permits, such as work or student permits, are not accepted.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • The right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be available for work according to the schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
