Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and customer care.
  • Execute all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional passenger service and support throughout flights.
  • Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Collaborate within a professional network of over 9,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
  • Right to live and work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without employer sponsorship (residence permits for work or study are not accepted).
  • Ability to swim.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Willingness to live or relocate within 60 minutes of the Tuzla base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.
  • Medical suitability: Candidates requiring vision correction must have a prescription between -4 and +4; outside this range, candidates are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
