Role Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and customer care.

Execute all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Provide exceptional passenger service and support throughout flights.

Collaborate within a professional network of over 9,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

High school degree or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Right to live and work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without employer sponsorship (residence permits for work or study are not accepted).

Ability to swim.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Willingness to live or relocate within 60 minutes of the Tuzla base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates requiring vision correction must have a prescription between -4 and +4; outside this range, candidates are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
