The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

Candidate Requirements

Wizz Air invites applications from candidates who fulfill the following essential criteria:

  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  • Entitlement to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without requiring employer sponsorship. (Note: Other residence permits, such as work or student visas, are not accepted for this role).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of a high school degree.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Residency within a 60-minute commute of the designated Tuzla base, or willingness to relocate to facilitate this commute according to work schedules.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • An enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.

Medical Note: Candidates with a glasses or contact lenses prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
