About the Role

Wizz Air's She Can Fly programme is an entry-level pilot training academy initiative designed to support aspiring female pilots in launching their aviation careers. This program aims to enhance female representation within commercial aviation, offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a Pilot, specifically within Wizz Air's operational network. The role is open to non-type-rated applicants with a PPL license, with training provided to progress in the field. This academy position is based in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia, and is ideal for individuals seeking an instructor role within a leading European low-cost airline.

Requirements

• Female pilot applicants exclusively.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Completion of a high school degree.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
• Unrestricted legal right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.

Qualifications

• A university degree is considered an advantage.
• Previous flight experience, including obtaining a PPL license, is considered favorably.
