Wizz Air Pilot Academy Program - Albania

Wizz Air is offering a unique pilot training opportunity through the Wizz Air Pilot Academy (WAPA) Program for Albania. This program provides aspiring pilots with little to no prior aviation experience the chance to earn a Commercial Pilot’s License and the potential to work as a pilot for Wizz Air. The program offers high-quality pilot training, delivered with the support of an experienced flight school, aligned with Wizz Air’s stringent training standards.

Candidates interested in joining the Flight Crew team through the WAPA Albania Program must meet the following requirements:

• Albanian nationality
• Minimum high school degree
• Minimum age of 18 years
• A solid understanding of Mathematics and Physics
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted

The application process consists of the following steps:

1. Application form completion
2. Pre-screening by Wizz Air recruiters
3. Online assessments
4. Face-to-face interview in Tirana

Please note that the online assessments require significant time and thorough preparation in Mathematics, Physics, and English.
