Wizz Air Pilot Academy Program (WAPA) - Albania

Wizz Air presents the Wizz Air Pilot Academy, a distinctive pilot training initiative designed to empower individuals with limited to no prior aviation experience to attain a Commercial Pilot’s License. This program offers a structured pathway to a rewarding career as a pilot.

Participants in the Wizz Air Pilot Academy benefit from high-quality pilot training delivered by experienced flight schools, operating in strict adherence to Wizz Air’s established training standards. Successful completion of the program provides a direct opportunity to join the Wizz Air Flight Crew team.

Prospective candidates interested in joining the Flight Crew through the WAPA Albania Program must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of Albanian nationality.
• Completion of a minimum high school degree.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• A strong understanding of Mathematics and Physics.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.

The application process involves several stages:

1. Submission of an application form.
2. Undergoing a pre-screening process conducted by recruiters.
3. Completion of online tests upon successful pre-screening.
4. An invitation to a face-to-face interview in Tirana for candidates who perform successfully in the online assessments.

Please note: The online assessments may require a significant amount of time for completion and necessitate thorough preparation in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and English.
