- Possession of Albanian nationality.
- Completion of a minimum high school degree.
- Attainment of a minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstration of a strong command and understanding of Mathematics and Physics principles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to meet aviation standards.
- Physical capability to swim 50 meters without assistance.
