Wizz Air Pilot Academy Program (WAPA) - Albania

The Wizz Air Pilot Academy offers a premier training pathway for aspiring aviators with little to no previous experience to obtain a Commercial Pilot’s License. This program provides comprehensive training in accordance with Wizz Air’s rigorous standards, offering successful candidates the opportunity to join the Wizz Air Flight Crew team.

Candidate Requirements

• Albanian nationality.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Completion of a high school degree.
• Proficiency in Mathematics and Physics.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.

Application and Selection Process

The selection process for the Wizz Air Pilot Academy includes the following stages:

1. Submission of the formal application form.
2. Pre-screening evaluation conducted by the recruitment team.
3. Completion of online assessments covering Mathematics, Physics, and English.
4. Successful candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview in Tirana.
