About the Role

The "She Can Fly" programme at Wizz Air Pilot Academy is designed to support aspiring female pilots in achieving their career goals. Candidates will be based in one of Wizz Air's operational bases across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Serbia, and must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the chosen country.

Requirements

• Aspiring female pilots aged 18 years or older.
• A minimum of a high school degree is required.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.

Qualifications

• A university degree will be considered during the pre-screening phase.
• Previous flight experience, including up to a Private Pilot Licence (PPL), will be taken into consideration during the pre-screening phase.
