Candidate Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.

Hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) without limitations.

Possess the right to live and work in the country of application (North-Macedonia residency requires the right to work without employer sponsorship; other residence permits are not accepted).

High school degree.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Ability to swim.

Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
