Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
Working as a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the employee will be primarily responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and customer care. Key duties include:
- Prioritizing and executing all safety protocols and customer service duties.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and accurate cash handling.
- Providing a welcoming presence and comprehensive assistance to all passengers throughout the flight.
- Upholding the core Company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a growing family of over 5,000 dedicated aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
Compliance with the following mandatory requirements will be verified during the recruitment event:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Possession of a valid passport (minimum six months validity) without limitations.
- Demonstrated right to live and work in the country of application.
- For the Montenegro base, candidates must possess the right to work without employer sponsorship.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school degree.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must be able to swim.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard Company uniform.
- Must be based or prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen operational base, ready to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and enjoy interacting professionally with the public.
Medical Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may not satisfy the requirements of the mandatory aviation medical examination.
