Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew

Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety protocols and demonstrate excellence in customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide welcoming and professional assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
  • Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Collaborate within a diverse team of over 10,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining).
  • Right to work in Serbia without employer sponsorship (residence permits, including work or student visas, are not accepted).
  • Right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Physical reach of 210 cm (measured while standing on tiptoes).
  • Ability to swim.
  • Ability to reside within 60 minutes of the chosen base and accommodate work schedule requirements.
  • No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
  • Note: Candidates with a glasses/contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 may not meet mandatory medical examination standards.
