Mandatory Applicant Requirements

• Possession of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language is essential.
• Must hold a valid passport with no limitations, valid for a minimum of six months.
• Must possess the unrestricted right to work in Georgia without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Physical ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes (arm reach check).
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Residency: The applicant must currently reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the chosen base, ensuring timely commute based on the work schedule.
• Appearance Standards: Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
• Medical Note: Applicants whose eyesight prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 should be aware that they are unlikely to satisfy the mandatory aviation medical examination standards.
