Recruitment Day Information

A dedicated Recruitment Day for this pivotal role will be held on 14 October 2025, commencing sharply at 09:00 AM.

Location: Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan, 1 Amiryan St, Yerevan 0010, Arménie.

Important Considerations for Recruitment Day:

  • Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly review all requirements listed below, as compliance checks will be conducted during the recruitment event.
  • Attendees should arrive promptly at 09:00 AM and be prepared for a comprehensive process that may extend into the late afternoon.
  • A current English CV, complete with an ID photo, is mandatory for attendance.
  • A link to a preparatory English Test, designed to be similar to the one administered during the event, will be made available.
  • Wizz Air also welcomes applications from Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew, requiring a minimum of 500 block hours flown with a previous operator. Eligibility for internal promotion to Senior Cabin Crew is available after three months of successful employment as Cabin Crew at Wizz Air and completion of a selection process.
  • Successful candidates will have the opportunity to commence their comprehensive training in early August.

Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member

  • Perform comprehensive on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies and regulations.
  • Efficiently manage in-flight sales and handle all cash transactions.
  • Extend a warm welcome to passengers and offer assistance throughout their flight journey.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:

  • Possession of a valid passport, without limitations, for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Demonstrated legal right to work in Armenia without the requirement of employer sponsorship.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of a high school degree.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to swim confidently.
  • Current residency within 60 minutes of the chosen Yerevan base, or a clear readiness to relocate and commute according to the work schedule.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Medical Note: Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination.
