Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Prospective applicants must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:

  • The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport with a minimum validity of six months.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Armenia without requiring employer sponsorship.
  • Completion of a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
  • Physical capability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • The ability to swim confidently.
  • Absence of any visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official Wizz Air uniform.
  • Residence within, or willingness to relocate to, an area that ensures a maximum commute of 60 minutes from the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
  • A demonstrably enthusiastic and people-oriented personality, suitable for service roles.

Medical Note

Applicants who wear corrective lenses and possess a prescription above +4 or below -4 should be aware that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.

Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew & Training Commencement

Note: Internal promotion to Senior Cabin Crew is contingent upon completing three months of employment and successfully passing a subsequent selection process.

Successful candidates from the current recruitment drive will have the opportunity to commence their professional training in early August.
