Please note that candidates may join this recruitment event regardless of the Wizz Air Malta base they are applying for. For those interested in joining any other base within the Wizz Air network, attendance at a local recruitment event is recommended.

Candidate Requirements

Wizz Air is seeking candidates who meet the following essential criteria for a Cabin Crew position:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm (approximately 82.7 inches) when standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and the legal right to work in the country of application.
• Be proficient in swimming.
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of their chosen base, ensuring punctuality for shifts according to the work schedule.
• Maintain a professional appearance, free from visible tattoos and/or piercings when in uniform.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality, enjoying interaction with people.
• Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may preclude successful completion of the mandatory medical examination.
