The Cabin Crew Role and Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, the professional plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and passenger satisfaction. Key duties include:

Executing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and regulatory standards.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria for consideration:

The candidate must be 18 years of age or over.
Must possess a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity of six months.
Must hold the unrestricted legal right to work in Cyprus without requiring employer sponsorship. This mandates possession of either an EU Passport or an EU Residence card. (Note: Work, Student, or other temporary residence permits are not accepted).
Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Must be physically able to swim.
Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting radius of the chosen base, facilitating travel according to the work schedule.
No tattoos or piercings are permitted on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
The candidate should be an enthusiastic individual who excels at working collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
Medical Advisory: Candidates with visual acuity requiring corrective lenses (glasses or contacts) with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
