The Cabin Crew Role and Responsibilities
As a Flight Attendant, the professional plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and passenger satisfaction. Key duties include:

Essential Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria for consideration:
- The candidate must be 18 years of age or over.
- Must possess a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity of six months.
- Must hold the unrestricted legal right to work in Cyprus without requiring employer sponsorship. This mandates possession of either an EU Passport or an EU Residence card. (Note: Work, Student, or other temporary residence permits are not accepted).
- Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Must be physically able to swim.
- Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting radius of the chosen base, facilitating travel according to the work schedule.
- No tattoos or piercings are permitted on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- The candidate should be an enthusiastic individual who excels at working collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
- Medical Advisory: Candidates with visual acuity requiring corrective lenses (glasses or contacts) with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
