Recruitment Day Information

• Candidates must meet all specified requirements, which will be verified during the recruitment event.
• Punctuality is essential. Please arrive on time, as the process may extend into the late afternoon.
• Bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
• All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the recruitment event at their own expense.

• Prioritize safety and customer care onboard.
• Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for passengers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Have the legal right to work in Cyprus without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, EU Passport). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
• Possess the right to live and work in the country of application.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.
• Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for working with people.
• Note: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, a prescription above +4 or below -4 may impact the ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
