The Role: Wizz Air Cabin Crew
As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, the individual will serve as a vital ambassador for the airline, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer care. This role demands a proactive approach to passenger well-being and a commitment to upholding the company’s operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing and executing all safety procedures and providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight.
- Performing comprehensive on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Wizz Air's policies and procedures.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Greeting passengers warmly and offering continuous assistance to ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Embodying Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity in all professional interactions.
- Contributing actively to a vibrant team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must fulfill the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity remaining, free from any limitations.
- Demonstrated right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted proofs include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian status with PESEL. (Note: Other residence permits, such as work or student visas, are not accepted).
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- The ability to reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Warsaw Chopin) and a readiness to travel to the base according to the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Medical Clarification: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 should be aware that they may not meet the requirements of the mandatory medical examination.
