Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members for the Warsaw Base must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity.
- Demonstrated right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted proofs include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL. Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student visas) are not accepted for this role.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base, or a readiness to relocate and commute accordingly based on the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Medical Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
