Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant - Warsaw Base

The Cabin Crew position focuses equally on safety and customer care. Responsibilities include performing duties on board and on the ground in compliance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a smile, and assisting them throughout their journey. Candidates should arrive promptly at the specified time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Attendees must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. It is possible to attend any recruitment event regardless of the preferred base. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the event.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Holds a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Possesses the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Please note that other residence permits (Work, Student, etc.) are not accepted.
  • Is aged 18 or over.
  • Can achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Has completed high school.
  • Holds the right to live and work in the country applied to.
  • Is fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Is able to swim.
  • Lives or is prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and is ready to commute according to the work schedule.
  • Does not have visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
  • Is an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
  • Candidates should be aware that if they wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4, they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
