Preparing for the Recruitment Day:
Candidates are strongly encouraged to review the detailed requirements listed below, as eligibility will be assessed during the event. Punctual arrival is essential, and attendees should be prepared for the possibility that the process may extend into the late afternoon. An updated English CV, including an ID photo, is required. Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, but this specific event is focused on recruitment for the Gdansk base.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prioritizing both safety protocols and customer care aspects to ensure passenger well-being and satisfaction.
- Performing all required on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash responsibly.
- Providing a warm welcome to passengers and offering assistance throughout the flight.

- Contributing positively as part of a large and enthusiastic team of aviation professionals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Hold the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Acceptable proof includes an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian nationality with PESEL. Please note that other residence permits (Work, Student, etc.) are not accepted.
- Be aged 18 years or over at the time of application.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm or more while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Gdansk) and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible on parts of the body while wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting and working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 should be aware that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
