The Cabin Crew Role:

Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining, without limitations.
- Possess the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include an EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian documentation with PESEL. Other residence permits (Work, Student, etc.) are not accepted for this role.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Be legally permitted to live and work in the country of application.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and commute accordingly based on the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware that passing the mandatory medical examination may be challenging.
