Essential Information for Recruitment Day Attendees:

Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a focus on both safety and customer care. Key duties include:
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Performing onboard and ground duties in adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash transactions.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Operating in accordance with core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements for the Role:
Prospective Cabin Crew members are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Legal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian status with PESEL. Please note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of high school education.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residence within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base or willingness to relocate accordingly, with the capacity to undertake this commute based on the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic demeanour and enjoyment of working with people.
- Important Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
