Candidates are invited to join a recruitment day for the Cabin Crew position based in Kutaisi. Recruitment Day Information:
Prospective candidates should review the requirements carefully as compliance will be assessed during the event. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for the process to potentially extend until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Working as a Flight Attendant:
- Focuses equally on safety and customer care.
- Performs onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manages in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcomes passengers and assists them throughout the flight.
- Acts in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becomes part of a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Holds a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Possesses the unrestricted right to work in Georgia without employer sponsorship.
- Is aged 18 or over.
- Is able to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Holds a high school degree.
- Is fluent – written and spoken – in English.
- Is able to swim.
- Lives or is willing to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base and is prepared to travel to the base according to their work schedule.
- Does not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
- Is an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Please note: If you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
