Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew is responsible for performing all required on-board and ground duties, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, warmly welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout the flight, and embodying the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will join a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Possess the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, evidenced by an EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian status with PESEL (other permits like Work or Student visas are not accepted).
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Have successfully completed high school education.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base in Wroclaw, and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Not have visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Candidates should note that a prescription above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may likely prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
