Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a focus on both safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer care. Core duties include:
- Executing on-board and ground tasks in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash responsibly.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.

Essential Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must satisfy the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity of six months.
- Hold the legal right to work in Lithuania. Accepted documentation includes an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. Other permits, such as Work or Student permits, are not accepted.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have successfully completed high school or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Achieve a minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be capable of swimming.
- Reside within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base or be willing to relocate and ensure punctuality based on the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should note that visual acuity requirements for the mandatory medical examination may render those with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 ineligible.
