Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
The role requires individuals to focus equally on safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, warmly welcoming passengers, providing assistance throughout the flight, and acting consistently with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Required Qualifications and Attributes:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Legal right to work in Lithuania, demonstrated by an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or EU Residence Card. (Note: Work or Student Residence Permits are not accepted).
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Completion of high school education.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within or willingness to relocate to an area within 60 minutes travel time of the chosen base, and preparedness to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic disposition coupled with a passion for working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may impact their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
