Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant - Vilnius Base

Key Responsibilities:
A Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for prioritizing and executing both safety protocols and exceptional customer care throughout the flight. Duties include:
- Executing all required on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash securely.
- Providing a warm welcome and assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
- Embodying the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, in all interactions.
Cabin Crew collaborate as part of a dedicated team exceeding 5,000 aviation professionals.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet specific criteria to be considered for this role. Requirements include:
- Holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Possessing the legal right to work in Lithuania (LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or EU Residence Card; please note that other residence permits, such as Work or Student, are not accepted).
- Being a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possessing a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- The ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Demonstrating fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Being able to swim.
- Either residing or being willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the designated base to facilitate work schedules.
- Not having visible tattoos and/or piercings on body parts visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- Being an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with people.
Prospective candidates should also be aware that if they wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
