Date and Time: 27 May 2025, 09:00 am sharp.
Location: Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 GdaƄsk, Polska.

Recruitment Day Tips:

Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:

The Cabin Crew Member focuses on both safety protocols and customer care aspects. The role involves performing duties on board and on the ground in strict adherence to Company policies. Responsibilities include managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions, welcoming passengers warmly, and assisting them throughout the flight. Cabin Crew members are expected to act in accordance with the airline's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
  • Hold the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include:
    • EU Residence Card
    • EU Passport
    • Ukrainian nationality with PESEL number
    Note: Other Residence Permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Be aged 18 or over.
  • Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Reside within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate accordingly and commute based on the work schedule.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
  • Please note that candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
