Working as a Cabin Crew Member:
As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will be responsible for both safety and customer care aspects during flights. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on both safety and customer care aspects.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcoming passengers warmly with a smile and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a large family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Hold the unrestricted right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted statuses include EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian status with PESEL. Please note that any other Residence permit (e.g., Work, Student) is not accepted for this recruitment.
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree.
- Be fluent – both written and spoken – in English.
- Be able to swim.
- Live within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base (Gdańsk) or be prepared to relocate and make this journey based on the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Please note that individuals wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
