Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Gdansk

Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Gdansk for the Gdansk base on May 9, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning team. The event will take place at the Central Hotel Gdańsk, Podwale Grodzkie 4, 80-895 Gdańsk, Pologne, starting promptly at 09:00 am. Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event.

Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will:

• Prioritize both safety and customer care.
• Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Greet passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
• Embody the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, indicated by:
  • EU Residence Card
  • EU Passport
  • Ukrainian Citizenship with PESEL
  (Please note that other residence permits such as work or student permits are not accepted.)
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A high school degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Willingness to live or relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body exposed while wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
• Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
