Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Wroclaw

Wizz Air is actively seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates to join its award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a unique career that combines travel with meeting new people.

A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day will be held in Wroclaw for the Wroclaw base on May 7, 2025, at Ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3, 50-083 Wroclaw, commencing promptly at 9:00 am. (Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event).

During the Recruitment Day, candidate compliance with the requirements listed below will be assessed. Applicants should arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Candidates are requested to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Participation in any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the base for which the applicant is applying.

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will:

• Focus on both safety and customer care.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them during the flight.
• Act in accordance with the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Become part of a new family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, demonstrated by:
  • EU Residence Card
  • EU Passport
  • Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL number

  (Please note: Other residence permits such as work or student permits are not accepted)

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, and preparedness to commute based on the work schedule.
• Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiasm for working with people.
• Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
