A recruitment day will be held in Gdansk on April 16, 2025, at Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 GdaĆsk, Polska, commencing promptly at 9:00 am. The application deadline is 24 hours prior to the event.
As a Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and embody the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. They will become part of a global family of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Requirements include: a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity); the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL); being 18 years of age or older; an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; a high school degree; fluency in English; the ability to swim; residing or being prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Gdansk base; no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform; and a positive, people-oriented personality. Note: Glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
