Wizz Air Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Gdańsk

Wizz Air is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Gdańsk for the Gdańsk base on April 1, 2025. This event presents an exceptional opportunity for motivated and energetic individuals to join their award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew.

The recruitment day will be held at the Central Hotel Gdańsk, Podwale Grodzkie 4, 80-895 Gdańsk, Pologne, commencing promptly at 9:00 am on April 1, 2025. Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event.

Candidates are encouraged to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying. Attendees should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo and anticipate that the process may extend into the late afternoon. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be verified during the event.

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and uphold the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The Flight Attendant will be an integral part of a family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL; other residence permits are not accepted).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, prepared to commute according to work schedule.
• Absence of tattoos and/or piercings visible while wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic personality and enjoyment of working with people.
• If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be within +4 or -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
