Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Gdansk

The airline is hosting a Recruitment Day in Gdansk for the Gdansk base on April 16, 2025, at 09:00 am sharp. The event will be held at Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 Gdańsk, Polska. Applications close 24 hours before the event.
During the Recruitment Day, compliance with the requirements listed below will be verified. Candidates should arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Applicants are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for.
As a Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will:
- Prioritize safety and customer care.
- Adhere to company policies in all on-board and ground duties.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Greet passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout their journey.

Requirements:
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian with PESEL). Note: Other residence permits (work, student, etc.) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Willingness to live within 60 minutes of the chosen base and commute according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be between +4 and -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
