Flight Attendant Recruitment Day - Gdansk

A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day for the Gdansk base will be held on March 5, 2025, at the Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 Gdańsk, Polska, commencing promptly at 09:00 am. Applications close 24 hours before the event.

As a Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, adhere to company policies, manage in-flight sales, and welcome passengers with a positive attitude. They will embody the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, becoming part of a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• A valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL). Other residence permits are not accepted.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the Gdansk base.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
• Specific vision requirements regarding glasses or contact lens prescriptions apply.
